An Evening in Tantric Circle

Tantric Circle Night gathers in-person on select Friday and Sundays evenings at The Lavanya Center, in La Mesa, Ca.

This gathering is a doorway to deeper connection with self and others on the path of inner-knowing and enhanced living, through a relationship with (or curiosity about) Tantra. This is not an exploration of the sensual or sexual arts.

Tuition: $25

This private, in-person retreat offers a rich and customized immersion into tantric relating for you and your beloved.

Tantra offers seemingly endless insight into how to be in relationship to both Self and other. Take time-out-of-time to enrich your relationship with the wisdom and practices of Tantra. We will go deep within a three-day workshop experience that is customized uniquely for you.

Our time together will include an exploration of where your relationship thrives, and how you’d like it to grow and evolve. We will look at ancient wisdom teachings that remind us that the core of intimacy comes from a deep connection to Self, then offered in presence with another. We will explore practices that lead you to this depth of intimacy. We will redefine sexuality and enhance the quality of physical and energetic connection that you share and experience together. We will also look at esoteric practices that interrupt ingrained patterns around conflict and disconnection ~ and instead support deeper understanding, resolution and experiences of closeness. You will go home with tools and inspiration to continue to enhance your connection and access greater mutual fulfillment.

The retreat weekend will be held at The Lavanya Center, in La Mesa, California. La Mesa is a small quaint town in San Diego County. You will stay in a beautiful oasis with two bedrooms, a split bath, kitchen and living room. Outside your suite is a gorgeous backyard with saltwater pool and hot tub.

• Friday evening: Land and meet for initial opening session (approximately 90 min.) together

• Saturday day: 4-hour customized workshop to deepen your connection, and unlock Tantric keys within your relating

• Sunday morning: 2.5 hour session together with ancient tantric practices to elevate and expand your experience of connection, Self and sacred intimacy 

Check-in begins at 3pm on Friday. Retreat concludes at 1pm on Sunday.

This online series consists of short video modules, available for download anytime.

Activate and engage your urban mystic with this multi-module series. Approximately 25-40 minutes each, these modules are designed to introduce the essential aspects of being in active relationship with the energetic world. This series will illuminate and sharpen many esoteric tools and approaches to deepen your connection to self, and the life you are here to live. They serve to awaken your inner mystic, while offering a framework for you to cultivate your own unique mystical art forms.  

Part 1: Energetic Hygiene

Like basic physical hygiene, energetic hygiene is an important aspect of feeling fresh, and maintaining a clear and supportive inner environment. Energetic residue is present when previous interactions, emotions, and dynamics hang around. This can create a weightiness, or haze, that impacts the subtle aspects of your mood and space. This module provides three tools for energetic hygiene.

• Clearing stuck or weighty emotions and/or looping thoughts: Urban Fire Ceremony

• Clearing spaces/rooms in three parts: Clearing; Sweeping; and Initiating a Resonance

• Clearing objects & sacred instruments: Full Moon Clearing Ritual

Part 2: Asking for Assistance

You are an incredibly resourceful being ~ and assistance is always available to you. When you find yourself without creativity, clarity, capacity or coherence around next steps, you can ask for assistance from the energetic realms. This module provides three techniques for enlisting support. 

• Asking for clarity: Guides, Higher self, Stewards of my Highest Unfolding

• Calling in the essence of a good thing: What would it be like if…?

• Summoning an energetic resource: Calling in a specific entity to support you and/or shift a pattern
